This Rose Hydrosol facial mist works as a toner with it tightening, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. This mist was born out of my mom's desire for a facial product that incorporated Organic Rose Hydrosol in with organic essential oils to aid in healing and astringent properties.
